For a standardized and sustainable health experience, we believe the first step is to standardize all processes dealing with it. Our holistic health approach impelled us to stabilize the effects of our products. The very beginning of our remedies is cultivating. Therefore, we have started to cultivate our herbal raw materials.
We are engaged in agriculture of herbs such as thyme, sage, St. John’s wort, black seed, peppermint, nettle, echinacea, yarrow, lemon balm (melissa), barberry, lavender, camomile, rosemary, and sorghum.
Without carefully analyzing no standardized product can be obtained.
After harnessing our raw herbs we analyze them and accept only the ones meeting our quality standards.
Analytical Laboratory: In the Analytical Laboratory, many physical and chemical analyses are carried out during both the raw material acceptance phase and at the final product point. As a result of quality control analyzes and R&D studies, standard product is obtained.
Microbiology Laboratory: Through the analysis made in the Microbiology Laboratory, sterilization efficiencies of all products are checked, shelf lives are determined and risk groups are eliminated.
Our production facility includes grinding, sterilization, capsule filling, cold press, liquid filling, and labeling units. In these units, cultivated plants are harvested from the natural environment during harvest season or cultivated in the most suitable conditions from improved seeds and processed into the final product. In our facility in which many products are produced such as herbal capsules, herbal mixtures with honey, tinctures, cold pressed oils, aromatic oils, the production site is separated from each other according to the production method and the risk of contamination is minimized. Our company which is designed according to HACCP rules and is considering these rules during production have adopted to produce high quality and hygienic products as the principle.
We do not simply produce some herbal products! We also use them.
